Our gym has a mix of cardiovascular, fixed resistance, free weights, stretch and core stability areas combining to make a fantastic 76 station gym. We strive to give you the best from your Club and the Fitness team are there to offer guidance, support and advice to help you in reaching your personal goals. Their aim is to ensure that you are exercising safely and effectively in the correct fitness zone for you, in order to help you achieve your route to success in the shortest space of time.
When you join the club we will help you get to grips with all of the equipment by providing you with two one hour long 1-2-1 sessions. These 1-2-1 sessions will be based around the goals that you would like to achieve from using the club and our highly trained fitness team will develop an effective exercise regime tailored specifically for you. Beyond this, the fitness team can offer further help in goal development through regular Exercise Reviews. These sessions give you the opportunity to review your workout regime and current state of physical activity, and make necessary changes to help ensure continued progress.
Over the past year I have had personal training sessions which are hard work but extremely rewarding. The sessions are targeted at specific needs/weaknesses and consideration is always given to age and/or ability. Anyone, large or small, young or old, can be confident of finding a welcome and a friendly smile from all in the gym."
Personal training is a 1-2-1 session designed to ensure you exercise effectively & safely to achieve your goals.
Each session is 1 hour. Sessions are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
