Pavilion Club GymGym

We want you to get the best from your Club and your induction is designed to help you reach your personal
goals by offering you 2 hours of free Personal Training – worth £70.

 

Initial Personal Training Session - Length 30 mins
This session will consist of a Health & Exercise check followed by a chat with your Personal trainer about your goals and aims. You will then begin a cardio vascular (to work the heart and lungs) session set at an appropriate level and supervised by your trainer.

2nd Personal Training Session - Length 30 mins
During this session your Personal Trainer will take you through a resistance work out ensuring you use correct technique and working specific targeted muscle groups.

3rd Personal Training Session - Length 1 hour
This Personal Training Session will be for an hour and the trainer will be with you whilst you complete your entire programme. The trainer will ensure you are training in the correct fitness zone for you,
maximising the effectiveness of your workout in order to help you achieve your goals in the shortest space of time. Click here for more information about Personal Training.

Re-Programmes:
Here at the Pavilion we are keen to ensure your exercise programme is an ongoing process. Therefore you are entitled to a free re-programme every 3 months to ensure levels of progress and motivation remain high as well as helping you to reach your goals.

‘Plain Clothes’ Induction:
Perhaps the Gym is of no interest to you and you would like to concentrate on some other aspects of the Club. Our Plain Clothes Induction is designed specifically for this reason. It doesn’t even need to take place in the Gym. You let us know what you want to achieve and we’ll do our best to help you get there.
