We offer 84 classes a week with 20 different class types. From Yoga, Pilates and Aqua through to Sh,bam and RPM, which are all INCLUSIVE as part of your membership. Our Studio timetable offers something for all tastes and fitness levels. All of our classes are taught by registered; fully qualified instructors who all want to make sure that you enjoy every class!
