I have always been interested in exercise, sport and keeping fit in general. What got me interested in the gym was around the age of 15 when I realised I needed to start training to have any chance of continuing competing in Rugby at county level. Alongside my lifelong passion for rugby I also developed interests in other sports Inc. Skiing, Tennis and Football.
In 2016 I completed my degree in Community Sports Coaching at Chichester University. This enhanced my coaching knowledge because I was coaching various ages and abilities, Including school children and handicapped adults, this in hand made me a more patient and adaptable coach, realising the importance of seeming approachable whilst working in the gym.. I have the confidence in my skills as a fitness instructor to make anybody of any ability feel comfortable in the gym environment.
I currently hold my level 2 coaching award and am looking to complete my level 3 personal training award in the near future.
I also have experience working in other gyms that primarily focused on the strength and conditioning side of training
