The Gym

Our state of the art gym has 76 stations including Technogym running machines, Technogym Skill Mills, cross trainers and Wattbikes plus a wide range of free weights and Cybex resistance machines. We have equipment to suit all needs whether it be for cardiovascular workouts, resistance training to build strength or areas to tone and relax.

Studio

Our memberships include an incredible 50 classes per week. From Yoga, Pilates to Sh’bam, HIIT sessions and RPM cycling, we have classes designed for all tastes and fitness levels.

Personal Training

As well as our many classes we have 5 personal trainers available to help drive and motivate you. They will create a program tailored to your needs whether it be to improve your strength and fitness levels.
