Pavilion at Home

Fairplay Booking Protocol

Studio Bookings.

For each one-week period, running from Monday to Sunday:

Members may book up to a maximum of three classes, 6 days in advance.

Unlimited bookings can be made from two days in advance.

No advance back-to-back bookings, these can only be made if there is space available on the day.

Members must check-in at least 5 minutes before the class begins, or their place may be re-allocated.

Swim Bookings.

For each one-week period, running from Monday to Sunday:

Members may book up to a maximum of three sessions, 6 days in advance.

Unlimited bookings can be made from 2 days in advance.

No advance back-to-back bookings, these can only be made if there is space available on the day.

Members must check-in no later than 10 minutes after the session begins, or their place may be re-allocated.

Tennis and Gym bookings.

Bookings can be made up to 6 days in advance.

No advance back-to-back bookings, these can only be made if there is space available on the day.

Members must check-in no later than 10 minutes after the session begins, or their place may be re-allocated.

Please consider fellow Members when booking prime times.

Cancellations

All bookings which cannot be attended must be cancelled at the earliest opportunity.

Gym Times

All sessions must be pre booked in advance. If you arrive at the Club early, please wait until 10 minutes before your session begins.

The Gym is limited to 20 Members at any time and the one hour slots can be booked from 12pm midday up to 6 days in advance via the Fitsense App, online or by telephone.

No changing facilities are available Please arrive in your kit ready to exercise.

No sweat towels can be brought into the Gym.

The water fountains are out of action so please bring a filled water bottle or you can purchase one from reception.

Anti-Viral cleaner and paper towels are freely available in the gym. Please wipe down equipment before and after use.

There are maximum numbers within areas in the gym. We ask all members to adhere to the numbers and limit their time to 20 minutes on equipment, if other members are waiting.

At the end of the hour’s session the Fitness staff will ask you to vacate the area and the whole gym will be sanitised before the next bookings arrive.

Swim Times

All sessions must be pre booked in advance. If you arrive at the Club early, please wait until 10 minutes before your session begins

Swimming slots are available for booking via the Fitsense App, on-line or via telephone from 12pm midday, 6 days in advance.

The sessions allow 40 min swim time per person, including use of Jacuzzi. Only Adult swimming is available currently. The pool will be divided into three lanes: fast, medium and slow. Members can select the one most suited to their style.

Please arrive ‘Beach Ready’ i.e. have your costume on under your clothes ready to get straight into the pool. Access to the pool will not be the changing rooms.

As you walk onto to poolside you need to put on either flip flops (preferably) or go barefoot – no outdoor shoes or spectators on poolside.

There will be lockers available if essential, as you enter the pool area. If you use a locker, please ensure you leave the key behind when you remove your items. Anti-Viral spray and paper towels will be left available for members to clean any areas they touch.

The poolside disabled toilet will be open for use. Poolside showers will open for rinsing off. The Jacuzzi will be open (max two people) but the steam room and sauna have to remain closed for now.

After each 40 minute session members must vacate the pool. the Ladies or Men’s changing room will be open solely to dry off and change and no showers or lockers will be available in these areas.

Coaching, Club Play and Tennis rungs are available. Bookings are available 6 days in advance via telephone or Court Reserve on our line booking system. Please sign up for your free account today.

Courtside Cafe Times

The Courtside Café Bar will be open, on reduced hours, serving hot and cold beverages, smoothies and cakes. Operating on a table service only.

Whether or not you are using any other facilities, the Courtside Café Bar would love you to show your support by drinking Coffee and eating Cake.

Virtual Timetable

Virtual fitness is the fusion of exercise with technology.  Virtual workouts are the same workouts you already know and love, or perhaps want to try, designed for ease and convenience to suit your own schedule and needs.

Virtual classes are often a gateway for live group fitness classes. So, if the thought of joining a throng of confident, seasoned group exercisers in a packed fitness studio daunts you, virtual could be the way to go. Virtual workouts typically attract smaller numbers, and you can go at your own pace, which makes them ideal if you’re a novice looking to learn the moves.

Safety and Comfort

– We are committed to making your visit to the Club a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience.

– We are asking every Member to support us in this aim:

– Please bring your membership card or QR code (on your phone) each time you visit the Club. Contactless payments only.

– We ask members to wear a face mask on arrival and in corridors. Facemasks are not required in other areas.

– Please follow the one-way system in the club and maintain appropriate social distancing from other users.

We have always asked that Members refrain from using the Club if they have any transmissible condition. Government guidelines in regard to Covid must be followed at all times Respect your fellow members and staff and always follow hygiene and distance guidelines. Ensure that you fully clean any equipment you use and leave it ready for the next person. The Courtside café toilets will be open, Please help us to ensure that they are kept clean and tidy. Pavilion Club Covid Updates:

The Club has taken extensive precautions to ensure the comfort and safety of our members. This includes measures such as:

    • Independent Covid risk assessment – implemented in full.
    • Screening and one way systems
    • Reduced numbers where appropriate (Studios; Gym; Courtside Café)
    • Increased cleaning protocol and sensitisation
    • No use of changing room showers and lockers (at present)
    • Beach ready arrival for swimming and modesty change for departure.
    • Pool use for Children limited to swimming lessons only (at present)
