I qualified as a Group Fitness Instructor 26 years ago and a Personal Trainer 17 years ago. I have taught a variety of disciplines all requiring an excellence in both delivery and knowledge..

I specialise in weight loss and Nutrition and tailor made Personal Training. Whether your preference is in the gym, studio or outside, you are guaranteed the best support and motivation to help you achieve your own goals and aspirations.

In addition to that I qualified as a Group Fitness Instructor 27 years ago and have taught a variety of classes including Aerobics, Spin, HIIT, Core and Aqua.

I believe I have the motivation and skill set to help you achieve your goals and practice living a healthy balanced lifestyle

Tracy has been my Personal Trainer for two years. My fitness level has improved beyond my expectations... I'm 65 now and didn't imagine that I could maintain the determination to carry on trying to improve. Tracy is unfailingly encouraging and fun to be with.
